Quarta Co-Ownership is a form of Fractional Property Ownership where the number of Owners/Members is limited to a maximum of four. Four owners makes the Holiday Home more affordable while allowing each owner equal weeks usage per year, and the Peak times of the year are rotated equally between the four owners. Quarta Co-Ownership is not Timeshare as each Owner will be an equal member of the Company owning the Holiday Home as well as the right to use the Holiday Home for a quarter of the weeks each year. Owners can benefit from any capital appreciation in the Holiday Home value and be able to sell on or hand down ownership (subject to the Ts & Cs).
